If you're looking for an Allbirds newsletter offer before placing an order, signing up for the brand's emails can be useful—but shoppers should distinguish between joining the newsletter and receiving a guaranteed discount.
Allbirds currently promotes email signup on its US website as a way to hear about new products, sales and other brand updates. The company's Community Offers page also invites visitors to sign up for its newsletter and says subscribers can be among the first to know about new products and sales. However, the current US signup pages do not state a guaranteed percentage-off welcome discount as part of the signup itself.
That distinction matters because third-party coupon websites sometimes advertise newsletter signup discounts for Allbirds, including claims of 10% or 15% off. Those claims are not enough to establish a current official US offer. Some Allbirds regional websites have separately advertised newsletter welcome discounts, which means the promotion can vary by market.
Does Allbirds Have a Newsletter?
Yes. Allbirds currently offers shoppers the ability to subscribe to its email communications.
The US Allbirds website includes an email signup area and encourages visitors to subscribe. Its Community Offers page specifically says newsletter subscribers can be among the first to know about new products, sales and more.
This makes the newsletter more than a simple discount signup. It can function as a direct channel for learning about changes to the brand's product range and promotional activity.
For shoppers who regularly buy Allbirds, subscribing can therefore be useful even when no immediate coupon is displayed.
Does Allbirds Newsletter Signup Guarantee a Discount?
Not according to the current US Allbirds signup information.
The official US Community Offers page currently promotes newsletter signup but does not state a fixed welcome percentage or guaranteed first-order discount.
This is important because promotional information can change.
Some third-party websites currently claim that new Allbirds subscribers can receive a first-order discount through email signup. Other coupon sources say that Allbirds email signup does not guarantee a discount.
Because these sources disagree, shoppers should not assume that signing up automatically produces a particular coupon code or percentage.
Instead, check what Allbirds actually presents after signup.
What about regional Allbirds websites?
Regional promotions can be different.
For example, an Allbirds Austria newsletter page currently advertises a 10% welcome discount for a first order and says subscribers can also receive information about exclusive promotions and new products.
That does not mean the same promotion automatically applies to the US Allbirds website.
Always check the Allbirds site for the country or market where you intend to make the purchase.
What Do Allbirds Newsletter Subscribers Get?
The most clearly verified benefit on the current US site is access to information about upcoming products, sales and other updates.
Allbirds specifically positions newsletter signup as a way to hear about:
- New product announcements
- Sales
- Other Allbirds updates
- Promotional opportunities when they are communicated by the brand
The company also operates other promotional channels, including SMS communications. Its help/privacy information explains that shoppers who voluntarily sign up for text messages may receive information about promotional offers and other communications.
This means email and SMS can be useful for shoppers who want to monitor Allbirds promotions rather than repeatedly searching for them.
How to Sign Up for Allbirds Emails
The signup process is straightforward.
1. Visit the Allbirds website
Go to the official Allbirds website and look for the email signup area.
The current site includes a “Subscribe to our emails” section with an email-address field and signup button.
2. Enter your email address
Provide the email address you want to use for Allbirds communications.
Use an inbox you check regularly if your main reason for subscribing is to monitor product launches and promotions.
3. Complete the signup
Submit the form and follow any instructions Allbirds provides.
If a promotional incentive is attached to your signup at the time you register, carefully review the terms before using it.
4. Check your inbox
Look for an Allbirds confirmation or welcome message.
If you expected a promotional code but do not receive one, don't assume that the signup failed. The current US website does not promise a fixed newsletter discount.
Instead, check your spam, promotions or other filtered folders before contacting support.
How to Use Newsletter Offers When They Appear
If Allbirds sends you a promotional offer, read the conditions before assuming it applies to your purchase.
Pay attention to:
- Expiration dates
- Eligible products
- Minimum purchase requirements
- Whether sale items are excluded
- Whether the offer is limited to new customers
- Whether the offer is limited to a particular country
- Whether multiple discounts can be combined
- Whether gift cards are excluded
- Whether the promotion requires a specific checkout code
This is especially important because Allbirds runs sales and markdowns separately from its newsletter communication.
Its current sale pages include marked-down products, while the site also has collections containing products that are eligible for certain discounts and exclude final-sale merchandise.
A newsletter promotion may therefore have different conditions from a general sale.
Can You Combine a Newsletter Offer With a Sale?
Don't assume that you can.
Whether a particular email promotion can be combined with another discount depends on the terms attached to that promotion.
Allbirds' verified community promotion for healthcare, military and government shoppers, for example, currently provides a single-use 15% promo code after eligibility verification and states that it cannot be combined with other codes.
That is an example of why shoppers should read the conditions attached to each offer rather than assuming every Allbirds discount works the same way.
If an email promotion does not clearly explain stacking, check its terms or ask Allbirds customer support before relying on it.
Are Allbirds Newsletter Offers the Same as Promo Codes?
No.
A newsletter subscription is a communication channel. A promo code is a specific checkout promotion.
An email subscriber might receive:
- A promotional code
- A sale announcement
- A new-product announcement
- A limited-time offer
- A reminder about an existing promotion
- General Allbirds news
Therefore, signing up for emails should not automatically be described as “getting an Allbirds coupon code.”
The exact benefit depends on what Allbirds is offering at the time.
Other Ways to Save at Allbirds
Newsletter signup is only one potential way to monitor savings.
Allbirds currently maintains sale sections featuring marked-down products. The brand also has verified community promotions for eligible healthcare, military and government shoppers.
The community offer currently states that eligible shoppers can receive a single-use 15% promo code after verification through GovX, with use limited to the US website and one code per year.
For shoppers who don't qualify for a community offer, browsing the official sale section can be a more reliable approach than waiting for an email discount.
You can also compare the conditions of any current promotional code with the products already marked down before completing your purchase.
How to Tell If an Allbirds Newsletter Offer Is Legitimate
The safest approach is to verify the offer before using it.
A legitimate email promotion should lead to an Allbirds shopping experience or provide terms that can be checked against the brand's official information.
Be cautious when a third-party page claims a guaranteed newsletter discount that isn't mentioned by Allbirds.
In particular, avoid treating a coupon site's advertised percentage as proof that every new subscriber will receive that discount.
A useful checklist is:
- Check the official Allbirds website.
- Read the promotion's terms.
- Confirm the expiration date.
- Check product exclusions.
- Confirm the correct country or regional site.
- Don't assume an unverified code is active.
- Compare the offer with current sale prices.
This approach can help prevent disappointment at checkout.
Should You Sign Up for Allbirds Emails?
If you shop Allbirds regularly or want to know about upcoming promotions, signup can be worthwhile.
The strongest currently verified reason to subscribe on the US site is early access to information about new products and sales, rather than a guaranteed discount.
If a welcome offer is displayed during your signup process, review its exact terms and save the email containing the promotion.
If no discount appears, you can still use the newsletter to monitor future promotions and product launches.
The Bottom Line
Allbirds currently encourages shoppers to subscribe to its newsletter for information about new products, sales and other updates. However, the current US Allbirds website does not publicly guarantee a specific newsletter signup discount.
Because third-party sources sometimes report different welcome offers—and regional Allbirds websites can advertise different promotions—the best approach is to verify the offer shown for your market at the time you sign up.
For reliable savings, compare any newsletter promotion with Allbirds' current sale prices and other verified eligibility-based offers before checking out.
