Coupon Policy

These are the rules ZoomCoupon follows when adding, displaying and removing coupon codes and deals.

What we publish

We publish coupon codes, sales, free-shipping offers and cashback deals from stores in our directory. Each listing shows the offer type, terms and — where an administrator has recorded one — a verification date and success rate based on shopper feedback.

Expiration and freshness

Expired offers are removed or clearly marked as ended; they are never left showing as active. Offers without a known expiration date are reviewed periodically and removed if they stop working, based on shopper feedback and routine checks.

One coupon, one listing

We avoid publishing duplicate or near-identical codes for the same offer. If a code stops working, it's updated or retired rather than left alongside a working replacement.

Success rate and votes

The success rate shown on a coupon reflects shopper votes (worked / didn't work) plus, where available, our own verification checks. It is not a guarantee — retailer restrictions such as minimum spend, region or new-customer-only terms can affect whether a code applies to your order.

Submitted coupons

Coupons submitted by shoppers enter a private review queue and are never published automatically. An administrator checks each submission before it goes live. See Submit a coupon.

Affiliate links

Some outbound links to retailers are affiliate links, which may earn us a small commission at no extra cost to you. This never affects which coupons we publish or how they're ranked. Full detail on our affiliate disclosure page.
