How we verify coupons

Trust is everything with coupons. Here's exactly how ZoomCoupon checks offers, what our labels mean, and how we keep them accurate over time.

Our process, step by step

Sourcing. Offers come from brands' own affiliate and partner programmes, official newsletters and retailer sites. We don't copy unverified codes from other coupon sites.
Review. New and submitted offers start as private drafts. Nothing goes live until it has been reviewed and activated.
Checking. Where an administrator tests an offer — entering a code at checkout, or confirming a sale is still live — the check and its date are recorded against that offer.
Date-stamping. Checked offers display a last-verified date, so you can see at a glance how fresh the check is.
Refreshing. Partner feeds are refreshed daily. Offers that expire, fail checks, or collect repeated "didn't work" reports are expired or removed.

What our labels mean

Verified — an administrator recorded a successful check on the date shown.
Code — a coupon code you copy and paste at checkout.
Deal / Sale — no code needed; the discount applies through the store link.
Exclusive — an offer arranged for ZoomCoupon shoppers through a brand partnership.
No date shown — the offer comes from an official source but hasn't been individually re-checked yet.

The "Verified" label

When you see a green "Verified" label with a date, it means an administrator recorded a successful check of that offer on that date. The date is stored with the offer, so you can see how recent the check was. If an offer has no verification date yet, it simply hasn't been checked — we don't apply the label unless a real check has been logged.

The success rate

Each offer can show a success rate based on shopper feedback. After you use a code, a quick "worked" or "didn't work" vote updates that rate. This is community-driven, so it reflects real experiences at checkout, not a guess. A high success rate is a strong sign a code is currently working.

Codes vs deals

Some offers are coupon codes you enter at checkout; others are deals or sales that apply automatically with no code. For codes, we check that the code is accepted. For deals, we check that the sale or offer is still live on the retailer's site. Both are treated as verifiable, just in different ways.

When something stops working

Offers expire and change without notice. When shopper feedback or our own checks show a code has stopped working, administrators expire or archive it so it no longer appears as active. Offers with a set expiry date drop off automatically once that date passes.

Your feedback is the fastest way we learn a code has changed. A single tap of "worked" or "didn't work" after you try a code helps every shopper who comes after you. You can also submit a coupon you've found, or request a code on any store page if you can't find one that works.
