Editorial Policy
This page explains how ZoomCoupon researches, writes and maintains the coupons, store pages and articles you see on the site.
How coupons are sourced
Coupon codes and deals are collected directly from retailer sites, official retailer newsletters, verified affiliate networks and shopper submissions. Nothing is invented or auto-generated to fill a page. Every published offer can be traced back to a source an administrator checked.
How we verify offers
An offer only shows a "verified" date after an administrator has actually tested or reviewed it. See our How We Verify Coupons page for the full process.
How store and category guides are written
Store and category pages are written by our team using publicly available information about the retailer — return policy, shipping, typical discount patterns — combined with the current list of published offers for that store. Guides are reviewed for accuracy before publishing and updated when retailer policies change.
Use of AI tools
AI tools may assist with first drafts of blog content. Every draft is edited by a human editor for accuracy, tone and unique insight before publishing, and no coupon code, discount amount or verification date is ever generated or altered by AI.
Corrections
If you spot an error — an expired code still marked active, an incorrect discount, an outdated policy — please contact us and we will review and correct it promptly.
Advertising and affiliate relationships
Our editorial content and coupon rankings are never influenced by affiliate commissions. Full detail is available on our affiliate disclosure page.
