Who we are, and what this site is

ZoomCoupon is an independent coupon and deals website. We are not a shop. We do not sell anything, hold stock, take payment, ship orders or process returns. Every purchase you make is a contract between you and the retailer, under that retailer's own terms.

Using the site

You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial shopping. You agree not to: scrape or bulk-copy our content, republish our listings as your own, interfere with the site or its security, submit false or misleading coupons, or use the site for anything unlawful. You must be at least 16 to create an account or subscribe to the newsletter.

Coupons, offers and accuracy

Offers reach us mainly through retailers' own affiliate partner feeds and are refreshed daily, with some submitted by shoppers and reviewed before publication. Even so, promotions change constantly and can be altered, exhausted or withdrawn without notice.

Offers are therefore provided "as is" and without warranty. Discounts, terms, minimum spends and exclusions shown here may not match what the retailer is running at the moment you shop. Always check any coupon or promo code on the retailer's own website, at checkout, before you pay. We are not responsible for a code that does not work, a price that has changed, or an order that goes wrong.

Some links are affiliate links and we may earn a commission when you buy after clicking one. This never changes your price and does not decide what we publish or how we rank it. See our affiliate disclosure.

Third-party websites

Clicking an offer takes you to a retailer or an affiliate network we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, prices, availability, privacy practices or how they treat you as a customer. Any dispute about a purchase is between you and that retailer.

Accounts and submissions

You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you submit and for keeping your login details secure. Submitted coupons enter a private review queue and may be edited, rejected or published at our discretion. By submitting a coupon you confirm it is genuine and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish and edit it. We may suspend or close any account that abuses the site.

Intellectual property

The site's original content, layout, code and branding belong to ZoomCoupon or its licensors. Retailer names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and appear here only to identify those retailers — their use is nominative and does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation beyond a standard affiliate relationship where one exists. See our DMCA page if you are a rights holder with a concern.

No warranty

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any offer listed will work for you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZoomCoupon is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from your use of the site, your reliance on any offer, or your dealings with any retailer. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict or withdraw access to the site, or to any account, at any time — for example to deal with abuse, protect other users, or carry out maintenance.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZoomCoupon is operated, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
