How much does Zoom Pro cost per year?

On yearly billing, Zoom Pro costs $169.92 per user ($14.16 × 12), paid once up front. On monthly billing the same 12 months cost $203.88. Paying yearly saves $33.96 per user, which is the "save up to 16%" Zoom shows on its pricing page.

What you get on the free plan

  • Meetings up to 40 minutes, with up to 100 people
  • Recording to your own computer only (no cloud recording)
  • Limited AI features: Zoom lists 3 AI note-taking sessions on Basic

If your meetings regularly run past 40 minutes, Pro is the cheapest way to remove the limit.

Pro vs Business: which one do you need?

Pick Pro if your meetings stay under 100 people and you don't need company-wide admin tools. Pick Business if you need 300-person meetings, single sign-on (SSO), managed domains or device management. We compare them feature by feature in Zoom Workplace Pro vs Business.

Is Business Plus still available?

Zoom's main pricing page now lists only Basic, Pro, Business and Enterprise. Business Plus is still offered through the Zoom for Startups program (one year free for up to 25 seats for eligible startups), but we could not confirm a public 2026 price, so we don't quote one here.
